Careerlink.com is an online employee recruitment and career development site created and hosted by the Applied Information Management (AIM) Institute. The AIM Institute is a not-for-profit membership organization providing information technology leadership to the region. Support of AIM and careerlink.com contributes to a number of programs and services that encourage economic development and empower individuals.

Employers have two options when working with MoveBackToNebraska.com; they can choose to list jobs and have candidates contact them directly, as well as search our growing database of candidates, or they can have our professional recruiters screen candidates and aggressively pursue referrals through Preferred Partners, LLC.

Recruiting
We recommend that employers with high-level jobs and shallow candidate pools use our recruiters. Using a recruiter is a proactive way of finding the candidates that you want rather than the candidates who might want you. If you choose this route, we will consult with you to create a candidate profile and then go find those candidates for you. There is a small retainer associated with this service, but you don't pay the remainder until we find you a great candidate.
